Try it yourself

1. Use an approved account and fictional room photos or anonymised inspection notes; assign a stable photo and room ID to each observation. Confirm the feature is enabled before planning a rollout.
2. Run a single-room draft; distinguish directly visible evidence from onsite observations and facts that cannot be established from an image.
3. Have the inspector compare every sentence with the original images and notes. Retain evidence links and record corrections; do not infer damage causes, safety or tenant responsibility.
4. Trial a complete report only after the room-level review. Measure review time, unsupported claims and omissions against a manual report; confirm any integration separately.
