Privacy notice
AI Property Intel is operated by Stephen Cooper. Contact hello@aipropertyintel.com about your subscription or personal information.
Newsletter information
We use the email address you submit to send a confirmation request and, after you confirm, the Daily Drop newsletter. We rely on your consent for newsletter subscriptions. You can unsubscribe using the link in an edition.
Service providers
Brevo processes subscription requests, confirmation records, mailing-list membership, delivery information and unsubscribe preferences. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the technical information needed to serve requests and protect signup from abuse. These providers may process information internationally under their own data-protection arrangements.
Retention and preferences
Short-term signup protection records use pseudonymous request identifiers and are removed after approximately seven days. Your subscription information remains in Brevo while needed to provide the service. Unsubscribe or suppression records may be retained to respect your preferences and avoid contacting you again. Removing a subscription does not necessarily erase all provider records.
Your choices
You can withdraw your newsletter consent, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify that the request concerns your address. If you have concerns about how we use your information, contact us or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Email engagement and device settings
Brevo can record delivery and engagement information, such as link clicks. Opening an email is not treated as proof that you read it. The optional light/dark preference is stored locally on your device and is not an advertising identifier.
Website measurement
We count page loads and interactions such as prompt copies and accepted signup requests to understand which resources and channels are useful. Only fixed event, page-category and source-category labels are stored in daily totals, retained for about 35 days. We do not store raw referring URLs, email addresses, IP addresses or visitor identifiers in these totals and do not set analytics cookies. Cloudflare still processes technical requests as described above. These counts do not identify unique people or establish confirmed subscriptions. The measurement script does not run when the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
